Kangoo Jumps

Kangoo jumps is an aerobics style which is practiced by wearing special boots with springs. Kangoo jumps (kangaroo jumps) is one of the newest fitness styles and researches show that a 45-minute practice with the springboard shoes leads to burning twice as many calories than a regular cardio training while joints and tendons are not forced that much. The main advantages of those jumps are they are putting pressure over the whole body and activate all muscle groups of legs, backside and improve body posture.
